Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The room, although modern, bright, and clean with a comfy bed, felt a bit cold due to a lack of pre-installed heating; however, the hotel provided a portable heater. The service was good overall, with staff striving to be helpful, although they mistakenly entered my room thinking it was the kitchen a few times. The location, in Chapinero, had its perks, being well connected by public transport to downtown and offering plenty of dining options nearby, but was a bit away from main attractions. The dining experience was quite nice, offering a variety of options. However, some aspects could be improved to make the stay even better.
I stayed at this hotel in November and had a mixed experience. The rooms looked the same as in the photos and were very comfortable but quite noisy due to the adjacent road. The larger apartment/studio I had was spacious, with a bed that could sleep at least four people and a large walk-in shower.
